Moore and Goode Shine at Ramapo Opener

All-American Matt Moore picked up right where he left off, posting the nation's fifth-fastest time of the year, finishing in 7.83 seconds in the 60-meter hurdles in his season debut, headlining the Orange's success at the Ramapo Opener.
Moore easily won the event, which featured three of his teammates. Richard Floyd (8.04), Chevis Armstead (8.30) and Andrew Aguilera (8.37), finished in second, fifth and sixth, respectively.
Aviana Goode won the event for the 'Cuse women, crossing the line in 8.83 seconds. She also won the women's high jump, clearing 1.70 meters.
Brandon Williams (52.01) and Jalen Racine (53.58) turned in top-eight performances in the 400-meter dash. Williams crossed the line in fourth, while Racine finished eighth.
The Orange are back in action next Saturday at the Cornell Indoor Upstate Challenge.
