SYRACUSE, N.Y. – Syracuse women's soccer (3-9-2, 1-5-1 ACC) continues its three-game road stretch this week in Raleigh, N.C. The Orange are slated to play NC State (6-5-4, 1-2-4 ACC) this Thursday at Dail Soccer Field/Track Complex. Kickoff is scheduled for 7 p.m., and the game can be seen live on ACC Network Extra.

Last Time Out
Redshirt sophomore Stephanie deLaforcade recorded the second goal of her career Saturday night in Syracuse's 4-1 loss to No. 17 Clemson (9-4-1, 3-4 ACC) in Clemson, S.C. The Orange gave up two goals in each half, with deLaforcade's goal coming in the final two minutes of the game.

    - The Orange have stopped 71 (5.07/game) shots on the year and lead the ACC in saves by 13.
    - Junior goalkeeper Lysianne Proulx leads the ACC and ranks 60th in the nation in total saves this season with 70. She's also first in the conference in saves per game (5.00) and goalie minutes (1308:27). Proulx' 10 saves against Auburn on Sept. 5 are the second-most any ACC team has made this year.
    - Senior Taylor Bennett is tied for the best PK percentage in the nation after netting both of her opportunities this year.

The Wolfpack are coming off a 2-1 road loss to Pitt on Saturday. Leyah Hall-Robinson scored the lone NC State goal. Tziarra King paces the team with 10 goals on the year, eight more than anyone else on the squad and the second most in the ACC. Her 0.71 goals/game rank 23rd nationally and second in the conference as well. King's seven points against East Carolina in September (2 G, 3A) are tied for the single-best outing in the ACC this year.
NC State and Syracuse have met four times before and the series is split at 2-2. The Wolfpack have won the last two games, defeating Syracuse, 6-3, last year and 3-0 the year prior.Â
