SYRACUSE, N.Y. -- Syracuse hosts No. 23 North Carolina State in its last regular-season home match on Saturday, Oct. 26 at 7 p.m. Fans are encouraged to arrive early to help celebrate our seniors during a pregame ceremony. Admission and parking are free.

Syracuse will honor its senior class before the match on Saturday. Massimo Ferrin, Brian Hawkins, Nyal Higgins, Jake Leahy, Matt Orr, Mickey Watson, and co-captains Severin Soerlie and John-Austin Ricks have led the Orange to two NCAA tournament appearances, including a trip to the third round, and a ranking as high as No. 2.

SCOUTING THE ORANGE
Syracuse is coming off an 11-0 victory over SUNY Morrisville. The win improved the Orange's record to 6-4-4 (1-3-2 in ACC). Senior Massimo Ferrin and sophomore Ryan Raposo each had a career high of eight points in the match. They each scored three goals and has two assists. Freshman Luther Archimede scored his first and second career goals in the match.

SCOUTING THE WOLFPACK
NC State improved its record to 8-3-3 with a 3-2 win against Elon on Tuesday. The Wolfpack is ranked No. 23 in the country and is 3-2-1 in ACC play.

Sophomore Kuda Muskwe leads the NC State offense in points (9) and goals (4). Senior Tyler Gabarra leads the team in assists with five. The Wolfpack has 10 players with at least one goal and eight players with at least one assist. In goal for NC State is redshirt senior Vinnie Durand. Durand has a .667 save percentage and a 0.84 goals against average.

George Kiefer is in his third season at the helm of the Wolfpack program. Kiefer was previously with the University South Florida where he made the NCAA Tournament in 10 of his 15 seasons.

SERIES HISTORY
Saturday's matchup marks the eighth time Syracuse and NC State will meet. The Orange lead the all-time series, 4-2-1. Last season, in Raleigh, the two teams tied 1-1 in double overtime. Sondre Norheim scored the only goal for the Orange in the fifth minute. Syracuse outshot NC State 19-12, but the Wolfpack was able to tie the game in the 90th minute.

UP NEXT
For the second year in a row, the Orange will play their final regular-season match against ACC rival Boston College. Kickoff is scheduled for Friday, Nov. 1 at 6 p.m. in Chestnut Hill, Mass. The game will be streamed on ACC Network Extra.
