Orange Wrap Up Fall Season at Cornell Saturday

SYRACUSE, N.Y. – The Syracuse men's rowing team will race in the seventh annual Cornell Autumn Classic on Saturday, Nov. 2, at the Cayuga Lake Inlet to conclude the fall season. Boats from Cornell, Ithaca, RIT, Colgate, Bucknell, Mercyhurst and Hobart & William Smith also have race entries.

Syracuse will feature 11 boats that will race between the regattas two flights. The first race for the Orange will be the 4+ at 10:05 a.m.

The Orange are coming off a successful regatta in Boston, Mass., where 'Cuse placed both of its boats in the top-15 at the Head of the Charles. Syracuse also raced in the Head of the Housatonic regatta as part of their fall slate.

This will be the last race for the Orange until the spring season kicks off in Chicago, Ill., against Wisconsin on April 4, 2020.
