
Women’s Rowing Concludes Fall Season Saturday at Cornell

SYRACUSE, N.Y. – The Syracuse women's rowing team will compete in its final regatta of the fall season this Saturday, Nov. 2, at the Cayuga Lake Inlet for the Seventh Annual Cornell Fall Classic. The Orange will feature both fours and eights as part of their fleet travelling to Ithaca.
The regatta will consist of two flights – the first kicks off at 9:45 a.m., while the second will get underway at 11:10 a.m. Crews from Ithaca, RIT, Colgate, Bucknell, Mercyhurst and Hobart & William Smith will all compete at the regatta.
At last year's Autumn Classic, the Orange had three 4+ boats place in the top-5 and earned the fasted time of the day of the varsity eights. 'Cuse is coming off a performance at the Head of the Charles, which included two boats finishing in the top-20.
The Orange begin its spring season at the Doc Hosea Invitational on March 28, 2020.
