Orange Welcome the Blue Devils Thursday Night

Syracuse (9-8, 3-3 ACC) welcomes the Duke to the Carrier Dome on Thursday, January 23 at 8 p.m. with LaChina Robinson and Jenn Hildreth on the call for ACC Network. The first 450 students in attendance will receive a voucher for the Syracuse men's basketball game vs. Duke on Feb. 1 and will be able to redeem the voucher at the conclusion of Thursday's women's basketball game.

'Cuse returns home after Sunday's win at Pittsburgh. The Orange edged the Panthers, 69-51, behind a 19-point, nine-assist performance by Kiara Lewis. Lewis added six steals, five rebounds and zero turnovers in the win. Digna Strautmane added 13 points and nine rebounds, one shy of a double double and sophomore Emily Engstler added 10 points and seven boards.

Duke is 9-9 overall and one game below .500 in the ACC (3-4). On Sunday, the Blue Devils lost to Clemson, 58-62. Senior Leaonna Odom led the team with a game-high 20 points. Haley Gorecki added 16 points, seven rebounds and three steals.

Thursday's game is the ninth meeting between the two teams. Duke leads the series 5-3 but the Orange have won the last two meetings.

Following Thursday's matchup, the Orange travel to Winston-Salem, N.C., to face off against Wake Forest on Sunday, January 26. Tip-off is set for 4 p.m. on ACCNX. Fans can watch live online or via the WatchESPN App.
