Coaches Spotlight: My Best Game
12/19/2020 8:27:00 AM | Men's Basketball
As the Orange prepare to tip off vs. Buffalo on Saturday, Dec. 19 in a 6 p.m. tip at the Carrier Dome (ACC Network), we take a look at what the Orange assistant coaches look back on as their best performances in a Syracuse uniform.
Adrian Autry
Feb. 12, 1994
#14 Syracuse 93, #4 Kentucky 85
"My senior year. That was a big game for us at the time. I think Kentucky was ranked fourth in the country when they came in. I was locked in from the beginning. I was ready. The crowd sticks out the most. It was loud. It was similar to the noise we had in the Dome when we played Duke for the first time in the ACC."

#19 Syracuse 93, St. John's 91 – 2OT
"It was my last regular-season game for Syracuse. The pregame hype seemed to be on a guard other than me — St. John's Omar Cook. St. John's has a tough team. The fact it was in Madison Square Garden made it even more important. By the time we had won, I felt I had shown I was the best guard on the floor."

"We set a high ball screen and I ran directly into Craig (Forth). I had to collect the ball and when I did I came off the left side of him, off my left hand, and I was open. I didn't hesitate much, I just elevated and shot. It was kind of the feeling I just needed an instant to get open. That was the feeling that 'all right, I have it going a little bit here."
