- The meet will be held at the Loftus Sports Center in Notre Dame, Indiana.

- 'Cuse has one team ACC track title under its belt, the Orange men won the 2016 ACC Indoor Track of Field Championship. Of course, a number of the Orange track team have cross country titles under their belt, with SU winning six of the last-seven ACC Championships in XC.
- Individually, SU boasts six individuals who earned individual ACC titles previously in the six ACC indoor championships they've raced in. Most recently, Paige Stoner won a conference title in 2019.
- Chris Tucker will be the lone Syracuse man in the 60-meter dash, where the winner of each four heats plus the next four fastest times advance. Miami's Raheem Chambers is the event's favorite, with a seed time of 6.57, three tenths ahead of Tucker.
- Jordan Davenport will be running the 200m and trying to snag a top 8 time to advance. His seed time of 21.82 has him ranked 17th. Clemson's Marcus Parker (20.70) is the top seed.
- Nathan Henderson is the top ranked 'Cuse runner of any event. He's the No. 4 overall seed in the mile with a time of 4:00.52. Steve Schulz and Joeseph Eovaldi look to grab qualifying times as well in the event.
- Joe Dragon will lead a group set to double in the 3k/5k and has a top-six seed time in each. He's seeded fifth in the 5k and sixth in the 3k. Redshirt-freshmen Nathan Lawler (8th/6th), Matthew Scrape (11th/9th) and Noah Beveridge (24th/17th) are also competing in both races with strong seed times.
- Dominic Hockenbury will join the doublers in the 5k, seeded 24th.
- Junior Tyler Garland, Sophomore Jamil Adams, Freshman Naseem Smith and Junior Andrew Aguilara look to qualify for the finals as they all run the 60-meter hurdles. Garland is the ninth overall seed , followed closely by Adams (10), Smith (12) and Aguilera (18).
- Aja Davis races in the 60-meter dash, she enters the meet ranked 11th on seed time (7.43). Florida State's Jayla Kirkland (7.17) has the top seed.
- Dasia Pressley, Dennisha Page, and Aja Davis race the 200-meter dash and look to qualify for the final. All three are in different heats and the top eight times qualify for the final. Pressley is the highest-ranked competitor with the 13th-best time in the league this season. FSU's Ka'Tia Seymour is No. 1 with a mark of 23.20 seconds.
- Freshman Kate Kemnitz will race in the mile in her first ACC Championships.
- Annie Heffernan and Justus Holden-Betts are running the 3000-meters on Saturday.
- Annie Heffernan is also taking on the 5,000-meters along with Sophomore Abigail Spiers and Freshman Emily Nugent. Heffernan has the 12th best seed time in the 5k at 16:34.31.
- Shaleah Colaire is running the 60-meter hurdles in her first conference meet.
