
Knight Wins Millrose Games 3k

Justyn Knight has done it again at the Armory.
Two weeks after winning the mile at the Dr. Sander Invitational, the Orange legend turned in a time of 7:46.36 in the 3,000-meter run at the Millrose Games to pick up a second-straight victory.
Knight defeated a field of 12 professionals hailing from the United States, Canada, Kenya and Malta to win by more than a second at the renown event.
Knight, who won the 2017 NCAA Cross Country Championship and 2018 NCAA Indoor 5,000-meters championship, was the most decorated track athlete in the history of the ACC. Knight won 16 ACC Championships at 'Cuse (five team, 11 individual) between cross country and track. He was an 11-time USTFCCCA All-American between the sports as well, including 10 first team honors. He now competes for Reebok Track Club.
