HUNTINGTON, W.V. – The Syracuse tennis team concludes the 2021 regular season with a dual match at Marshall on Sunday at 11 a.m.

ORANGE UPDATE
Syracuse (6-10) looks to snap a two-match losing streak after losses to No. 1 North Carolina and No. 14 Duke last weekend. The Orange are No.42 in the latest ITA rankings released on Wednesday.

Freshman Viktoriya Kanapatskaya moved up to No. 14 in the ITA singles rankings. The Belarus native is 9-5 this season playing at No.1 and No. 2 singles. Additionally, Kanapatskaya and graduate student Natalie Novotna are ranked No. 35 in doubles.

SCOUTING THE HERD
Marshall enters Sunday's match with a 6-7 record. The Herd lost to Cincinnati, 4-3, last Sunday. Marshall is in fifth place in the Conference USA standings and ranked No. 77 in the nation.
