THE GAME
- Syracuse looks to snap a two-game losing skid when it hosts UAlbany on Thursday on ACC Network
- The game will be broadcast on ACCN with Mike Corey (PxP) and Myles Jones (analyst) on the call. Brian Higgins '04 (PxP) and Kyle Fetterly '09 (analyst) will broadcast the action on TK99/105, Cuse.com and the TuneIn App, while WAER will also carry the game.

THE ALBANY SERIES
- Albany visits the Dome for the 19th time on Thursday.
- Syracuse owns the all-time series 16-2 and has won six of the last-seven contests. Every single meeting between the two teams has taken place in the Dome. Last year's scheduled meeting was called off due to COVID-shortened seasons. The Orange were supposed to make their first trip to Albany that year.
- Aside from last year, the serioes has been played annually since 2004.
- Brendan Curry (2-3) has the highest point total among Orange returners from the 2019 matchup.

AGAINST THE AMERICA EAST
- Syracuse is 28-6 all-time against the seven current members of the America East Conference.
- The Orange will play three America East opponents in 2021, with the Orange already having victories over Vermont and Stony Brook this season.
- 'Cuse boasts a 8-0 mark against Binghamton, 16-2 record against UAlbany, a 1-0 record vs. both Vermont and Stony Brook, and a 2-5 record vs. UMBC.
- Syracuse has not played UMass Lowell or Hartford to date.

- Syracuse has three games scheduled against in-state foes this season, the fewest in-state contests since the 2002 campaign.

A WIN AGAINST UALBANY WOULD...
- Be the program's 922nd victory, second all-time behind Johns Hopkins.
- Move head coach John Desko past Carl Runk (262) and into a tie with Tony Seaman (263) for 15th in the NCAA Division I wins list.
- Improve Syracuse to 50-25 under Desko in games following a loss (regular season only, does not count season opener following a postseason loss in the prior year) and snap just the 14th losing streak Syracuse has had under Coach Desko.
- Improve Syracuse to 5-3 at home and guarantee another winning season at home. Syracuse has never finished below .500 in the Dome.
- Be the 527th win Desko has been part of at Syracuse, including his time as a player, assistant and head coach. Only 18 NCAA Division I programs have more total wins as a program than Desko has been on the Orange sideline for.
