Another Orange Runner is onto the Finals

Another Orange is headed to tomorrow's finals at the ACC Outdoor Track and Field Championships.
Anthony Vazquez reached Saturday's 110-meter hurdles finals with a personal-best time of 14.44 seconds in the event. Orange junior Jamil Adams narrowly missed qualifying in 14.55 seconds, 0.11 out of qualifying position. Freshman David Peters took 11th in his first ACC Outdoor meet.
In the men's steeplechase, Aidan Tooker (8:50.81) finished 12th overall.
In the women's 3000-meter steeplechase, Justus Holden-Betts turned in a personal-best time of 10:21.78. She earned a 14th-place finish in the event.
Eunice Boateng ran to a season-best time of 11.89 seconds in the 100-meter dash, which earned her 18th overall.
In the 100-meter hurdles, Shaleah Colaire ran to a time of 13.80 seconds, which was good for 14th, while Ashley Wallace placed 18th in 14.28 seconds.
Action begins at 5 p.m. on ACC Network Extra in the final day of the event on Saturday.
