Charlotte de Vries scored on a corner to propel 'Cuse to its one-goal road. The junior forward has now scored three games in a row. Senior SJ Quigely leads the Orange with four assists on the season.Â
Goalkeepers Brooke Borzymowski and Louise Pert have split time in the cage for the Orange and combine for a 1.22 goals against average with three shutouts.Â
The Quakers are 3-4 overall began league play with a 5-1 loss to No. 17 Princeton on Friday night. All four of Penn's losses this season have been to nationally-ranked opponents. Sydney Huang leads the team with six points with two goals and two assists on the season.Â
Â
Syracuse leads the all-time series 5-1 and the two will play for the first time since the Orange earned a 2-1 double overtime win at J.S. Coyne Stadium on Sept. 23, 2018.Â
Fans can tune in to ESPN+ at 1 p.m. on Sunday to catch the action live from Ellen Vagelos Field in Philadelphia, Penn.Â
