Meet the Orange: #5 Georgia Woolley

Georgia Woolley, a sophomore transfer from Brisbane, Australia, breaks down why she chose to transfer to Syracuse and stick with head coach Felisha Legette-Jack, her basketball background and shows a glimpse of her competitive side in the latest episode of Meet the Orange.

Woolley, the Mid-American Conference (MAC) Freshman of the Year in 2022 joined Legette-Jack at Syracuse after her freshman campaign playing at Buffalo. Woolley made 24 starts as a rookie at UB and was second on the team with 51 three-pointers. She was second on the team in scoring with 14.6 points per game and averaged 30.6 minutes per game.

Woolley is as competitive as they come and dives into her basketball upbringing as well as her ambition to win the team's Spades Trophy and take it away from Legette-Jack and Sue Ludwig in the latest episode of Meet the Orange.

The Meet the Orange miniseries is aimed to introduce fans to the new faces of @CuseWBB and build excitement for Coach Jack's first season leading her alma mater.
