
Orange Wrap up Weekend on the Track

A pair of Orange finished in the top-10 of the mile in Boston to conclude day two of the David Hemery Valentine Invitational.
Brody Smith, who was competing unattached, finished in 4:03.88, which earned him seventh. JP Trojan was ninth in 4:04.20.
In the 3,000, Nathan Henderson was 15th in 7:52.83, in a field of nearly 150 runners. Alex Comerford posted a top-40 finish in 8:07.99, while Kevin Robertson was 44th in 8:08.97. Matthew Scrape (8:09.84) was 48th. Noah Beveridge (8:14.67), Sam Lawler (8:14.77), Ethan Wechsler (8:21.08), Kamari Miller (8:49.61) and Matthew Dragon (8:47.32) also raced for SU.
Alexander Segarra finished the 800 in 1:55.99.
At Clemson, Eunice Boateng raced to a time of 23.86 seconds in the women's 200-meter dash, taking 22nd overall. Shaleah Colaire (24.46) and Janelle Pottinger (25.47) also competed. James Nmah (22.50) was the lone competitor on the men's side.
The Orange have one more regular season meet – a final tune up next weekend at Cornell – before the ACC Indoor Track and Field Championships the following week.
