As the Orange prepare for their season opener against Stanford, take a moment to learn more about senior midfielder Sierra Cockerille.
How old were you when you started playing lacrosse, and why did you start playing?
I was 8 years old and I started playing because my neighbor was a lacrosse coach. He really wanted me to play. I had just moved to town, so I went out and tried it and I loved it. I actually wanted to play boys lacrosse until I found out that I couldn't, so I played girls.
