Orange Wrap Up at VT Invite

The Syracuse track and field teams has one final event to compete in at the Virginia Tech Invitational before coming back to 'Cuse.
The Orange opened the new year at the event on Friday night with numerous highlights, including Elijah Mallard's school record in the 300-meter dash, plus Jaheem Hayles winning the 60-meter hurdles.
On Saturday, Carlton Landingham (22.58 seconds) and James Nmah (22.65 seconds), took sixth and seventh in the 200-meter dash.

Sheleah Colaire finished sixth in the women's race, finishing with a time of 25.33 seconds, Kaleia Arrington was five spots behind her in a new personal-best time of 25.60 seconds. Peyton Rollins took 13th in 25.72 seconds.
The team is back in action on Dec. 21 at Cornell.
