
Orange, Pirates Tip-off Monday at 7 p.m.

Syracuse (19-12) and Seton Hall (19-14) will tip-off at 7 p.m. Monday night in the second round of the Women's National Invitational Tournament (WNIT). Tickets are on sale now through the Seton Hall Ticket Office website or by calling  973-275-4255 during business hours, Monday-Friday. Fans unable to make the trip to South Orange, N.J., can watch live on the BIG EAST Digital Network through Flo Hoops, which requires a subscription package.Â
The Orange advanced with an 84-56 first round win over Kent State (21-11) last Wednesday at the JMA Wireless Dome while the Pirates earned a 69-61 victory over St. Joseph's at Walsh Gymnasium on Thursday night.Â
Syracuse will face its former conference foe for the first time since the Orange departed the BIG EAST for the Atlantic Coast Conference (ACC). SHU leads the all-time series 28-25 and holds a 24-23 advantage during their time as BIG EAST opponents. Last time the two met, Syracuse earned a 65-34 win over the Pirates on Jan. 30, 2013.Â
Dyaisha Fair (19.9 ppg) leads 'Cuse in scoring while Georgia Woolley (12.0 ppg) and Teisha Hyman (10.6 ppg) also average double figures for the Orange. The trio was joined by Syracuse's leading rebound Dariauna Lewis in double-digit scoring in the first round win over Kent State.
Fair led the Orange with 24 points, marking the 31st game this season she's tallied double-digit points, while Lewis had her 12th double double with 17 points and 12 boards. Woolley had her 10th-straight game with 12+ points and Hyman added 10 points, five rebounds, five assists, two steals and had just one turnover in the win.Â
Seton Hall was led by Lauren Park-Lane's 30-point performance on Thursday night and was complimented by Sidney Cooks who had 17 points and 10 boards. Park-Lane leads the team with 20.7 points per game while Cooks adds 15.7 as the only other Pirate averaging double figures.Â
