THE GAME
- One final road trip in the regular season as No. 18/No. 15 Syracuse seeks revenge Saturday afternoon in the Piedmont region of North Carolina as the Orange square off with No. 2/No. 2 Duke.
- Game time at Koskinen Stadium in Durham is slated for noon on ESPNU as the two sides meet for the second time this regular season, a 14-13 overtime Duke win at the JMA Wireless Dome in early March.
- Anish Shroff '04 and Paul Carcaterra '97 will have the call on ESPNU, the fifth-straight TV game for the Orange.
- Tim Leonard '20 (PxP) and Kyle Fetterly '09 (analyst) will broadcast the action on TK99/105, Cuse.com, The Varsity App and the TuneIn App, while WAER will also carry the game.
THE DUKE SERIES
- Saturday will be the 23rd meeting all-time between Syracuse and Duke, a series that kicked off in 1938.
- The Orange are hunting another revenge win in the second regular season meeting between the teams. This year marks the first time since 2016 Syracuse and Duke clash twice in the same season. The sides split the regular season and ACC Tournament meetings; Duke won 16-15 in overtime during the regular season be a 14-8 'Cuse win in Georgia at the 2016 ACC Tournament.
- Syracuse is looking to win two games in the same season against Duke for the first time since 2015, a 19-7 home win and a 15-14 ACC Tournament win in Chester, Pennsylvania.
- This season marks the fifth time the Orange and Blue Devils clash in the same season. In the previous double meeting seasons, Syracuse has won game two of the double three times, falling once back in 2012 in Durham for the first round of the NCAA Tournament.
- Syracuse has won seven of the last 10 meetings, including four straight from May 1, 2016 through a March 24, 2019 overtime win at the JMA Wireless Dome.
- Four of the last eight meetings between 'Cuse and Duke have needed overtime to settle the score. Each side has won two of those overtime duals as Duke won the first meeting this year in extra time.

- Saturday will be the second meeting of the season between Syracuse and Duke. The Blue Devils won the first round 14-13 in overtime at the JMA Dome in early March.
- In the Conference Era for Syracuse (2010), the Orange are 12-10 when meeting an opponent for the second time.
- Syracuse is 6-5 in the second meeting of the season since 2010 after losing the first go 'round.

- Syracuse is 3-1 when reclashing with the Blue Devils since 2010, including a 3-0 record as ACC foes. 'Cuse is 2-1 in game two against Duke when losing the first meeting of the season.
ALL-TIME VERSUS #2
- For a third-straight season, the Orange will face a team ranked second by the USILA that week as No. 18 Syracuse rematches with No. 2 Duke.
- The Orange are 18-12 all-time against teams ranked second in that week's USILA Coaches Poll, though Syracuse has dropped the last two such meetings.
- Saturday will be the fourth time Syracuse meets a second-ranked Duke team. 'Cuse is 2-1 against Duke teams ranked second.
- All three of the previous meetings between Syracuse and a No. 2 Duke team have been decided by one goal an the last such showdown was a 15-14 Duke win in Durham in 2021. That was the only meeting between the Orange and a second-ranked Duke team in Durham.
- Syracuse has not won a road game against a second-ranked foe since nipping Johns Hopkins 12-10 in mid-March at Homewood Field
