Track Wraps Up Penn Relays

Three days of Penn Relays events wrapped up on Saturday for the Syracuse track and field teams with four event finals.
The 'Cuse 4x100-meter relay team took eighth in 40.87 seconds. That group was comprised of Emanuel Joseph, Jaheem Hayles, Anthony Vazquez and Trei Thorogood.
Hayles raced in the 110-meter hurdles final, placing fourth in 13.79 seconds, while Shaleah Colaire finished ninth in the 100-meter hurdles.
Thorogood rounded out the competition for the Orange at the Penn Relays with a fifth-place finish (10.57 seconds) in the 100-meter dash.
The lone remaining event of the weekend for the Orange will be Karl Winter racing at Virginia on Sunday in the 1500-meter run.
