SYRACUSE, N.Y. – Sophomore Nicholas Kaloukian powered the offense, recording a pair of goals and an assist to help lift the Syracuse men's soccer team to a 5-0 win over St. Bonaventure Wednesday evening.
Kaloukian tallied both goals less than 12 minutes apart after senior Michael Suski opened the scoring in the 29th minute off a Bonnies' turnover.
Leading 3-0, senior Stephen Hasse put his name on the scoresheet, corralling a ball off a deflection from a St. Bonaventure defender and sending it past the keeper.
Junior Michal Gradus rounded out the scoring for the Orange, connecting on a shot outside the box, sending it across the goal for the fifth tally of the match.
Syracuse will conclude exhibition play Saturday, August 19 when it hosts Marist at 7 p.m. Admission is open to the public and free of charge.
