Second-year head coach Felisha Legette-Jack has her team in fourth place of the Atlantic Coast Standings and ranked No. 23 in USA Today/WBCA Coaches Poll for the second-straight week. The Orange (18-4, 8-3 ACC) went 1-1 on the road last week with a loss at #16 Louisville and a win at Boston College on Sunday.Â
Syracuse snapped a two-game losing streak, its first of the season, with a 75-63 win over Boston College behind Dyaisha Fair's 38-point performance. She scored 25 points in the second half, more than any other player in the entire game, en route to the best scoring outing of her SU career.Â
The Orange have tied their road four ACC road wins from a season ago and need just one more conference win to tie last years ACC win total. Syracuse's 18 wins is tied with last year's regular season wins total.Â
'Cuse is home for two games this week. First the Orange host Georgia Tech (7 p.m., ACCNX) on Thursday night for the annual Pink Out game. Fans are encouraged to wear pink and join Syracuse women's basketball in the fight against breast cancer. On Sunday, Syracuse will celebrate National Girls and Women in Sports Day when the Orange host #15 Louisville at noon on The CW.
There's only four chances left to catch the Orange this regular season. To purchase tickets to any of the four remaining home games, visit cuse.com/tickets or call the JMA Wireless Dome Box Office at 888-DOME-TIX.Â
