CLEMSON, South Carolina --Â No. 2 Syracuse will travel to Clemson, South Carolina for the first time to face the Tigers on Saturday, April 13 at noon. The Orange enter the game with an 11-3 overall record and a 7-0 mark in ACC play.

ORANGE UPDATE
Syracuse has won its last eight games, including a 16-7 victory against Pittsburgh last weekend in its final home game of the regular season. Emma Tyrrell continued to pace the Orange offense with six goals against the Panthers. Natalie Smith and Payton Rowley scored three goals apiece as seven different players recorded at least one goal in the victory.

Tyrrell has taken over as Syracuse's leader in goals this season with her performance in the last seven games. During the stretch, Tyrrell is averaging 4.6 goals per game. She ranks 21st in the nation in goals with 46.

On the defensive end, Syracuse has held its last two opponents to less than 10 goals, lowering the team goals-against average to 9.94. The Orange lead the ACC and rank 10th in the nation in caused turnovers per game (10.36).

Clemson is coming off a 16-4 loss at Boston College last Sunday, which snapped the Tigers' three-game winning streak. Clemson, which received votes in this week's ILWomen/IWLCA poll, is 9-5 overall, including a 2-5 mark against ACC foes.

Claire Bockstie leads the Tigers with 37 goals and 52 points. She is one of four players who have scored 20 or more goals for Clemson. The Tigers have been one of the top draw teams in the nation, ranking 12th nationally in both draw control percentage (.603) and draw controls per game (16.93).

Goalkeeper Emily Lamparter has started all 14 games for Clemson. She ranks 15th in the nation in save percentage (.483). Lamparter also has a 10.45 goals-against average.

SERIES HISTORY
Saturday's game will be just the second meeting between Syracuse and Clemson. Last year's contest took place at CNS High School in Syracuse. Olivia Adamson recorded seven points on three goals and four assists to lead the Orange to a 19-10 victory.
