Savannah Roark took 20th in the 10,000-meter run at her first NCAA Outdoor Track and Field Championships, earning Honorable Mention All-America honors.
Roark crossed the line in 34:43.18. It was her first NCAA track championship competition. She adds the honorable mention accolade to her 2023 All-America finish in cross country.
Florida's Parker Valby won the race in a meet-record time. The race was a fast 10k final, with eight runners setting new personal best times in the field and the NCAA Championship record falling.
The race concludes the 2024 track season for the Orange, which also saw Benne Anderson and Sam Lawler earn honorable mention All-America in their events on Wednesday.
