It's time to ORANGE OUT the Dome! Syracuse women's basketball (7-11, 1-6 ACC) returns home this Thursday night to take on No. 20 NC State (14-4, 6-1 ACC) inside the JMA Wireless Dome. Tip-off is scheduled for 6 PM and will be televised live on ACC Network with Jenn Hildreth and Stephanie White on the call.
The Orange come back to the Loud House after a road loss to Boston College this past Sunday, 92-51. Sophie Burrows led the team in points and rebounds, posting her second consecutive 15+ point performance and grabbing eight boards in the loss.
NC State visits the 315 on a three-game win streak, last picking up a 73-68 win against Virginia Sunday at home. The Wolfpack's leading scorer, Aziaha James, had 20 points in the contest, as NC State forced back-to-back turnovers by Virginia to end the game and secure its sixth ACC win.
The Wolfpack leads the all-time series 12-4 and has won eight straight games against the Orange dating back to Syracuse's last win on Jan. 12, 2017 at the Dome. Last time the two met, NC State escaped with a 75-71 overtime win at Reynolds Coliseum in Syracuse's regular season final last February.
Otto's Army, Syracuse's student section, is giving away at FREE TV in the second half. All students are encouraged to sit in Section 103 with Otto's Army for the game.
