Two Syracuse stars were represented on Phil Steele's Preseason All-ACC Team, as the Orange head into the 2025 season.
Punter Jack Stonehouse (second team) and wide receiver Darrell Gill Jr. (fourth team) each earned the distinction.
Stonehouse was an All-ACC selection in each of the past two seasons. In 2024, Stonehouse set a new net-punting record (45.7 yards per punt). After averaging 44.6 yards per punt in 2023, Stonehouse now has two of the top-three punting seasons in program history.
Gill was a key piece of the nation's most prolific passing attack in 2024, becoming one of a nation's leading five 'Cuse players to have over 500 receiving yards on the season. He hauled in 31 catches for 570 yards and two touchdowns, with 235 of his receiving yards coming in the final three games of the 2024 campaign. He enters his junior season with 25 collegiate games played and a trio of starts.
Season tickets for year two of the Fran Brown era are on sale now! Syracuse, which saw remarkable success in his first season at the helm, finished the year with 10 wins, including a 6-1 mark in the Loud House, and were ranked in the top-20 of the final Associated Press Poll.
