Syracuse

Charles was a defensive halfback for Syracuse in the early 1960’s. He was a three time letter winner and also was awarded the Joe Alexander Award for Excellence in Football, Scholarship, and Citizenship.

NFL Draft

Following his successful career at Syracuse, Brown played professional football for the following teams: 1966-67, Chicago Bears; 1968, Buffalo Bills; 1969, Hamilton Tigers (CFL).
