Student Season Tickets
FIRST: IMPORTANT GENERAL INFORMATION:
Any full-time SU or ESF student for the 2011-12 academic year, or their spouse or dependent, may purchase a maximum of one student season ticket per sport. (Ineligible orders will be refunded before the start of that season.) As your season ticket will be encoded on your SU or ESF ID card, each eligible student, spouse or dependent must have their own SU ID card for ordering and entry.
MyCuse ticket account number = Your 9-digit SU or ESF ID number.
(Your SU NET-ID number will not work for ticket orders)
New student or forgot your password?
If you have forgotten your password or are a new incoming student when asked to log in during the order process, click Forgot Your Password? and your password will be emailed to the email address on your MyCuse ticket account (it may be either your syr.edu email address or your personal email address).
Login Issues?
If you have login issues when using your 9-digit SU or ESF ID number, please call our Box Office at 888-DOMETIX (366-3849) for further assistance. Please do not create a new account online, as it will make your season ticket invalid.
Finishing the process
At the end of the order process, you may pay with Visa, MasterCard, AMEX, Discover or Electronic Check. Please make sure the payment billing address you enter matches your actual credit card billing address.

Seating for all student season games in the package is general admission in the lower or upper level student seating areas.

* The Student Season Ticket includes all home games played while school is in session. Specific games will be known once the schedule is finalized in late September. The price is based on a minimum of 12 basketball games in the package.
