Marty Glickman, 1939 (Football/Track & Field)
One of the most highly respected broadcasters today, Marty Glickman was an All-East selection in football and graduated from SU in 1939. He played one year of pro ball with the Jersey City Giants, and was the leading ground gainer in the league. He also lettered in track and was a member of the 1936 U.S. Olympic team. He has been a radio and television announcer for 32 years.
