AISLE POLICY
To ensure fan safety and the enjoyment of events at the Dome, sitting or standing in the aisles, stairways or vomitories is not permitted. Fans will be asked to return to their ticketed seats. Standing on chairs is also prohibited. As a courtesy to others, guests are asked to refrain from walking down the aisles during play and during the National Anthem.
ALCOHOL POLICY
The JMA Dome strives to maintain a safe, pleasant and family-friendly environment for all of our patrons. The following policies have been established to promote the responsible use of alcohol by our fans:
Certified service animals are welcome. All other animals must be approved by Dome Management.
ASSISTED LISTENING DEVICES
The Dome utilizes an assistive listening device system at non-concert events which augments the facility's public address system for patrons with hearing loss. Patrons may stop by Guest Services (lower concourse across from Section 107) to obtain small, comfortable headsets at no charge.
AUTOMATED TELLER MACHINES (ATM)
There are no ATMs located in the Stadium. For safety and efficiency, Syracuse University promotes cashless transactions at all food, beverage and merchandise stands. Credit cards and mobile payment (Apple Pay and Google Pay) are accepted.
AUTOMOBILE ASSISTANCE
Should a guest require automobile assistance during or after an event, go to Guest Services (lower concourse across from Section 107).
BABY CHANGING STATIONS
Baby changing stations are available in all restrooms in the stadium.
BAG SEARCH
The Dome prohibits large bags and backpacks from being brought into the stadium. All bags are subject to search upon entry and subject to additional search within the stadium. If patrons refuse to comply with this policy, they will not be permitted into the building. Clear bag policy information.
BANNERS & SIGNS
Guests are welcome to display hand-held banners or signs in the Dome during events, provided they are in good taste and comply with the following:
BROADCASTING
Galaxy Communications' TK99 (99.5FM and 105.5AM) serves as the flagship station for the Syracuse Sports Network from Learfield IMG College.
BUS SERVICE
Shuttle buses leave from the front of the Skytop Office Building on South Campus, Comstock Parking Lot, and Colvin Parking Lot and drop off at College Place. During an event, the shuttle runs every 15 minutes from College Place back to the parking lots. At the conclusion of an event, all patrons should be directed to College Place.

CAMERAS & VIDEO
Personal cameras are permitted inside the Dome. Professional cameras with lenses 6 inches or longer & tripods will not be permitted unless you have a Photo/Press credential issued through the Dome.
With the exception of high school events, video cameras and video recording inside the Dome is prohibited.
GoPros and Selfie Sticks are prohibited.

ELEVATORS
The Dome has a passenger elevator located inside the VIP entrance to the right of Gate B on the Service Level. This elevator provides access to Field Level, the Lower Concourse behind Sections 103/104 and the Upper Concourse behind Section 304.
A second passenger elevator provides access from the Lower Concourse behind Section 121 to Miron Victory Court, located on the Upper Concourse behind Section 326. This elevator is in service for all events in which the Miron Victory Court is open.

FAMILY FUN ZONE
The Football Family Fun Zone is located on the Quad and opens 3 hours before kickoff. All fans are welcome to enjoy the festivities including local bands, concessions, face painting, the live pregame radio show, and the Syracuse Marching Band.
The Basketball Family Fun Zone is located in the Dome backcourt area before every regular season ACC men's home basketball game. The Fun Zone includes Coaches vs Cancer basketball shoot-out, Otto the Orange, music, food, merchandise, and other fun and games.
FAN CODE OF CONDUCT
The Dome has established a "Fan Code of Conduct" for all of our season-ticket holders, their guests, and other fans who attend our games. We are committed to creating a safe, comfortable and enjoyable experience for all of our fans, both in the stadium and in the parking lots we control around the stadium. We want all fans attending our games to enjoy the experience in a responsible manner.
Stadium and parking lot staff will intervene to support an environment where all event patrons can enjoy the game.
Fans attending games are required to refrain from the following behaviors:

For non-conference games, all gates will open 60 minutes before tip-off.

GUEST SERVICES
All guests with questions or concerns should visit the Guest Services location at Section 107 on the lower concourse. Guest Services is open when the Dome gates open. The friendly and knowledgeable representatives are available and happy to assist you with all questions, problems, and any other game day situations. Guest Services representatives are available to assist our guests with directions and individual concerns to ensure a pleasant experience at the Dome. Guests should feel comfortable stopping by the Guest Services booth for general information, solutions and helpful service. Additional Guest Services representatives are available throughout the Dome to assist with concerns.
HOUSEKEEPING & MAINTENANCE
The Dome seeks to provide an enjoyable game-day experience for all fans. Guests can do their part to alert us with maintenance or housekeeping concerns that may create an unsafe or unpleasant environment. Please report any concerns to your nearest usher or event staff personnel or visit our Guest Services location at Section 107. For your convenience, guests can also reach Dome Management by texting 315-599-DOME (3663) followed by your issue and location to 69050 (standard message rates apply).
LOST & FOUND

MIRON VICTORY COURT
Miron Victory Court is the premier gathering space for fans looking to elevate their game day and event experience at the JMA Wireless Dome. Located off the upper concourse in the East end zone near sections 326-330, this expansive 27,000-square-foot enclosed venue provides an exciting and comfortable setting for fans to connect, recharge, and enjoy the action before and during events. Designed with fan experience in mind, Miron Victory Court features multiple beverage and cocktail stands, ensuring a wide selection of drinks to enjoy while taking in the electric atmosphere. Stay immersed in the game-day excitement with a massive 32’ x 9’ videoboard and 18 strategically placed TVs, providing live game coverage and event highlights from every angle.

PROHIBITED ITEMS
The stadium does not provide coat or bag check services and cannot accept or provide a holding area for prohibited items. Metal Detecting Equipment will be in use. Please review the Clear Bag Policy for additional information.
The Dome has a Quiet Room located at Section 119. This room can be utilized by any guest that needs a quiet space. This room is designed to assist individuals and families that require reduced sensory stimulation.
The Quiet Room can be accessed by visiting Guest Services at Section 107. An Event Staff Team Member will escort the guests to the room. The team member will continue to monitor the room until it is no longer needed.
The Dome enforces a no re-entry policy.
RESTROOMS
Restrooms are located on the lower and upper concourse on the north and south sides of the building, as well as the east end zone on the lower level. There are no restrooms located in the west end zones. All restrooms are equipped with a baby changing table.

TAILGATING
TAXI/RIDE SHARE SERVICE
For the best rideshare experience when attending events at the JMA Wireless Dome, we encourage all patrons to use our designated pick-up and drop-off locations. The primary location is at the Waverly Avenue and South Crouse Avenue intersection—known as the Newhouse Loop—next to the SI Newhouse School of Public Communications. Patrons should exit the Dome at Gates M & N in order to reach this location efficiently. This convenient spot allows for quick, easy access to the Dome while helping maintain smooth traffic flow in surrounding areas.
For added convenience, a secondary rideshare location is available on the Waverly Avenue side of Bird Library. Guests leaving the Dome can reach both designated pick-up points easily by exiting through Gates M and N, which lead directly toward these areas. Using these rideshare locations helps reduce traffic around the venue and ensures a smoother arrival and departure for all. Thank you for choosing these locations and helping create a better experience for everyone attending events at the Dome!
For additional support, on-site signage will guide you to these exits and the pickup areas. We recommend planning ahead and allowing a few extra minutes for travel to the rideshare zones, especially during peak event times.

YOUTH/INFANT TICKETS
All children 12 months and under may attend Syracuse University athletic events free of charge. The child will have to sit on a patron’s lap throughout the game. Children older than 12 months must have a ticket for entry.
The youth policy may vary for other events at the Dome (e.g. Harlem Globetrotters, Monster Jam, etc.). Please call (888-DOME-TIX) or email the Dome Box Office (dometix@syr.edu) for further clarification for a specific event.

- Patrons must be 21 years of age or older to purchase or consume alcohol. Proper identification is required of all patrons, regardless of age, to purchase any alcoholic beverage.
- No more than two beers may be sold to any patron by concession stand personnel or concourse beer vendors
- No more than one beer may be sold to a student wearing a colored wristband. Students may not enter the student-seating section carrying more than one beer.
- All beer and alcohol sales will close at the conclusion of halftime, with the exception of three locations that will continue serving alcohol until the end of the 3rd quarter: The ’Cuse Chicken Concession Stand at Section 106, The Loud House Grill at Section 111, and Miron Victory Court.
- All alcohol must be poured into a plastic cup prior to leaving a suite.
- Disorderly behavior or violation of the alcohol policy will result in ejection from the Dome without a refund. The Dome reserves the right to discontinue the sale of alcohol at any time.

- Failing to comply with instructions from ushers, parking attendants, security or law enforcement
- Excessive standing – please be aware that when you stand, you block the view of the fans behind you. We do not wish to diminish your ability to cheer and enjoy the game; however, your continued standing can interfere with others' ability to enjoy the game from their seats.
- Refusal to comply with stated health and safety protocols

TAILGATING
- Tailgating is permitted within the lined parking space directly behind or in front of your parked vehicle; other parking spaces cannot be used for tailgating or other purposes.
- Safety regulations prohibit any open flame (from propane, charcoal, etc.) in Syracuse University parking garages, and will be strictly enforced for all levels of the garages.
- Syracuse University prohibits excessive consumption of alcohol on its property. Patrons determined to be impaired may be denied entry into the JMA Wireless Dome.
- Smoking and tobacco use is prohibited on Syracuse University property, which includes both inside and outside the stadium, parking lots and garages.
TAXI/RIDE SHARE SERVICE
For the best rideshare experience when attending events at the JMA Wireless Dome, we encourage all patrons to use our designated pick-up and drop-off locations. The primary location is at the Waverly Avenue and South Crouse Avenue intersection—known as the Newhouse Loop—next to the SI Newhouse School of Public Communications. Patrons should exit the Dome at Gates M & N in order to reach this location efficiently. This convenient spot allows for quick, easy access to the Dome while helping maintain smooth traffic flow in surrounding areas.
For added convenience, a secondary rideshare location is available on the Waverly Avenue side of Bird Library. Guests leaving the Dome can reach both designated pick-up points easily by exiting through Gates M and N, which lead directly toward these areas. Using these rideshare locations helps reduce traffic around the venue and ensures a smoother arrival and departure for all. Thank you for choosing these locations and helping create a better experience for everyone attending events at the Dome!
For additional support, on-site signage will guide you to these exits and the pickup areas. We recommend planning ahead and allowing a few extra minutes for travel to the rideshare zones, especially during peak event times.

YOUTH/INFANT TICKETS
All children 12 months and under may attend Syracuse University athletic events free of charge. The child will have to sit on a patron’s lap throughout the game. Children older than 12 months must have a ticket for entry.
The youth policy may vary for other events at the Dome (e.g. Harlem Globetrotters, Monster Jam, etc.). Please call (888-DOME-TIX) or email the Dome Box Office (dometix@syr.edu) for further clarification for a specific event.
