High School: Earned four varsity letters in field hockey at Sachem High School...was a three-year starter on defense...also played lacrosse where she served as team captain her senior year...coached in field hockey by Tina Moon...named all-county, all-league and won her team's MVP award as a senior...received the team's Coaches Award in 1999...named all-league in lacrosse her junior year...was forced to miss her senior season of lacrosse because of a broken collar bone...member of the National Honor Society.
