2007: Scored the second goal in SU’s 6-4 win at Colgate • Notched her second goal of the season in the 4-3 victory against Central Michigan • Tallied her third goal of the season at No. 16 Louisville • Recorded one goal and one assist in the Orange’s 8-1 win versus Georgetown • Scored two goals in 5-2 win at Yale • Registered her seventh goal of the season versus Cornell.
2006: Played in all 19 games, starting 18 as a forward • Scored a goal against Vermont • Recorded one assist on the season, versus Delaware • Was fourth on the team in shots (26) and shots on goal (18) • Named to the Athletic Director’s Honor Roll for the fall and spring semesters • Named to the 2006 NFHCA Division I National Academic Squad • BIG EAST Academic All-Star.
2005: Saw action in all 20 games, starting 18 • Scored a goal against William & Mary • Recorded two assists on the season • Took 11 shots • Key part defensively in only allowing 2.12 goals a game • Named to the Athletic Director’s Honor Roll for the fall and spring semesters • BIG EAST Academic All-Star.
2004: Played in 19 games and made one start • Tied for seventh on the team with six points • Sixth on the team with three goals • Led the team in shot percentage, connecting on 60 percent of her shot attempts • Scored in her first collegiate game against Temple • Named BIG EAST Offensive Player of the Week for her performances against Rutgers and Hofstra, scoring one goal in each game to help lead the Orange to victory • BIG EAST Academic All-Star • Named to the fall and spring Athletic Director’s Honor Rolls.
High School: Four-year member of the field hockey and track teams at Bermudian Springs High • Coached in field hockey by Neil Bixler • Her team set a school record for wins in 2003 with a 13-6 record • Scored 13 goals as a senior • For her career, Lerew had 33 goals and 18 assists • Twice selected to the Mid-Penn Capital First Team and chosen as an all-area selection twice • Named to the South Penn Officials All-Star team • Earned all-area recognition from the Gettysburg Times • Named team MVP on two occasions • Served as team captain her senior year • Member of the National Art Honor Society • Ran the 800, 4x400 and 4x800’s for the Bermudian track team.
