As the administrative specialist for recruiting, Laurene Porillo supports the football staff in its efforts to attract the best possible talent to Syracuse University. She helps maintain the recruiting database and assists in the coordination of official and unofficial visits. Porillo also serves as the liaison for incoming student-athletes and their families during the admissions process.

Porillo, who joined the football staff in 2003, received her associate’s degree from SUNY Canton. Prior to joining the football office, Porillo held various administrative positions in the legal, business and real estate fields.

She and her husband, Nick, reside in Liverpool. They have two children, Matthew and Meghan.
