2014-2015: Named CRCA Scholar-Athletes (05/29)... Stroked the second varsity eight at the ACC Championship (5/15-5/16) ... Stroked the second varsity eight at No.1 Ohio State (4/25) ... Rowed in the seventh seat of the second varsity eight that beat three of the top 20 ranked crews in the country at the Clemson Invite(4/18-4/19)... Rowed in the seventh seat of the second varsity eight that finished in first at the Nordic Nine (4/3)... Rowed five seat for the second varsity eight that finished in first against Cornell and University of Buffalo (11/8)… Stroked the varsity four C that finished in third and seven seat for the second varsity eight at the Princeton Chase (10/26) ... Coach Moore on Tinney: "Ailish is an all-around powerful athlete who was also a member of the New South Wales State basketball team. She has lived all over the world and moved several times during her high school career, but this did not get in the way of her continuing improvement in the world of rowing. We can't wait to see her progress when she stays in one place and has a full year of training under her belt."
