2006-07: Finished seventh in the 100 yard breast and tenth in the 200 yard breast at the Nutmeg Invitational... Competed in the 200 IM, 50 free, 100 breast and 200 breast at the Nike Cup... Finshed sixth in the 200 IM, 500 free and 200 breast against Pittsburgh... Finished fourth in the 1000 free, fifth in the 100 free, and sixth in the 200 free... Placed thrid in both the 100 and 200 breaststroke and competed in the 200-IM and the 50 free at the Red Fox Invitational.
2005-06: Competed in the 100 breast at the Big East Championships ... Took third in the 100 breast against Villanova ... Swam in three events at Seton Hall ... Competed in three events at Connecticut ... Swam in three events against West Virginia ... Competed in two meets at the Yale Nutmeg Invitational ... Participated in five events at the Nike Cup including the 100-breaststroke in which she set a personal-best time (1:07.49) ... Swam the 200-breaststroke against Pittsburgh ... Took part in five events at the Army Invitational ... Swam the 200-IM and the 200-breast against Colgate.
2004-05: Competed in the 100 and 200 breaststroke at the 2005 BIG EAST Championship...posted her fastest time of the season in the 100 breaststroke (1:06.75) at the Nike Cup...her time of 2:27.29 in the 200 breaststroke against West Virginia was her fastest time of the season in that event...was second in the 100 breaststroke in a dual meet with Villanova...helped SU's 200 medley relay team set the fastest time of the season (1:49.26) at the Nike Cup...BIG EAST Academic All-Star...Athletic Director's Honor Roll both semesters.
At St. John’s (2003-04): Member of the last Red Storm women's swimming team...the university cut the sport from its athletics program following the 2004 season.
High School: School record holder in the 50, 100 and 200 breaststroke...member of the Elverum Swimming Club Team in Norway...has one gold, two silver and three bronze medals from the Norwegian Championships.
Personal: Born September 8, 1983...daughter of Wenche and Jon Simon Hoye...has one sister...majoring in biology.
