SUnity Life Tennis Classic Starts Saturday

Players from six teams will battle for titles in six singles and three doubles flights. Joining the host Orangewomen in the field are the University at Albany, Binghamton University, Colgate University, Cornell, University and Providence College.
Play begins at 8 a.m. Saturday and continues through the late afternoon with the championship and consolation flights of the singles and doubles brackets contested. The tournament resumes Sunday at 8 a.m. with the finals matches of the championship and consolation brackets played.
In its 19th year, the SUnity Life Tennis Classic has become a fall tradition in Syracuse University Athletics. This year, 65 players will compete in the tournament, which is sanctioned by the Intercollegiate Tennis Association (ITA).
