Peirson Named Scholar-Athlete of the Week

SYRACUSE, N.Y. - Junior Lindsay Peirson of the Orangewomen field hockey team has been named an SU Scholar-Athlete of the Week for the week of Sept. 29.
Peirson has started eight of the nine games she has played. She has one goal and one assist for the Orangewomen this season. Peirson is a two-time BIG EAST Academic All-Star. She has been named to the SU Athletic Director’s Honor Roll twice.
Peirson and the Orangewomen host Massachusetts in a non-conference game on Friday, Oct. 3, at 7:00 p.m., at Coyne Field.
