
Orangemen Soccer Team Hosts No. 19 Seton Hall Sunday at 1 p.m.

Seton Hall leads the series with Syracuse, 12-3-2. Last season, the Pirates defeated the Orangemen, 3-1, at South Orange, NJ. The two teams played to a 2-2 tie in their last meeting at the Soccer Stadium at the Lampe Athletics Complex. Syracuse’s last win in the series came in 1999, a 2-1 victory at the Soccer Stadium.
Syracuse is 2-2 in its last four BIG EAST Conference openers. Last season the Orangemen defeated Georgetown, 3-2, in overtime at the Soccer Stadium at the Lampe Athletics Complex. Syracuse has opened league play at home in two of the last three seasons, winning both times.
Tickets for Sunday's game are $3 for adults and $1 for SU students, senior citizens and youth ages 18 and under.
