Rodriguez Honored as Syracuse Scholar-Athlete of the Week

SYRACUSE, N.Y. - Sophomore Jorge Rodriguez of the Orangemen soccer team is the Syracuse University Scholar-Athlete of the Week for the week of March 29.

Rodriguez is a three-time member of the SU Athletic Director’s Honor Roll and a 2003 BIG EAST Academic All-Star. In 2003, Rodriguez played in all 17, including 10 starts, and recorded three shots.

Rodriguez and the Orangemen finished the 2003 season with a 4-8-5 overall record and a 1-5-4 mark in the BIG EAST.
