Crockett Honored as Feb. 14 Scholar-Athlete of the Week

SYRACUSE, N.Y. – Junior Brian Crockett, a member of the Orange men’s lacrosse team, has been honored as the Syracuse University Scholar-Athlete of the Week for the week of Feb. 14.

Crockett, a finance major, has been named to the Athletic Director’s Honor Roll three times. Crockett was named to the STX/USILA All-America Third Team last season after finishing second on the team in points (54), goals (39) and assists (15).

Syracuse travels to Maryland for a scrimmage on Saturday, Feb. 19 at 1 p.m. The Orange begins its 2005 campaign on Feb. 26 against Army at 7:30 p.m. in the Carrier Dome.
