SYRACUSE, N.Y. – Orange softball coach Leigh Ross has announced the dates for her 2007 Softball Camps at Syracuse University. The main camp, for children ages 13-18 will be held from July 16-18, 2007 at the Skytop Softball Stadium. The Little ‘Cuse Camp for children ages 12 and under will be held on July 19, 2007 also at the Skytop Softball Stadium.

Cost to attend the main camp is $180.00 and runs from 9 a.m. – 4 p.m. on July 16-17 and 9 a.m. – noon on July 18. Cost to attend the Little ‘Cuse Camp is $60.00 and runs from 9 a.m. – noon on July 19.

During both camps, campers will receive training and knowledge from some of the top college coaches, as well some of nation’s premiere collegiate players. Campers will work on total player development, including concepts in sports conditioning (strength building, endurance and flexibility), fundamentals of hitting, fielding, pitching, catching and sliding, defensive skills, position work and the development of team concepts
