Head coach Gary Gait and the Orange host Stars & Stripes Laxfest this weekend at the Lampe Athletics Comples and the Carrier Dome.

SYRACUSE, N.Y. -- Syracuse head women's lacrosse coach Gary Gait will be a guest on "Bridge Street" on Monday, Oct. 6. The show airs at 10 a.m. on WSYR Channel 9 in the Syracuse area. Gait will preview Stars &Stripes Laxfest that takes place this Saturday and Sunday at the Lampe Athletics Complex and the Carrier Dome.

Stars & Stripes Laxfest features three women's collegiate teams and three national teams, including the Orange and the U.S. Syracuse and the U.S. will square off at the Carrier Dome on Saturday, Oct. 12 at 6 p.m. Tickets for the game are $10 for adults and $5 for children ages 18 and under. Syracuse is coming off its best season in school history. The Orange won a school-record 18 games, claimed the BIG EAST regular-season and tournament titles, and advanced to the NCAA Championship semifinal for the first time in the program's history.
