Orange Returns Home to Face Loyola

SYRACUSE, N.Y. -- After playing three games on the road, eighth-ranked Syracuse returns home to take on No. 13 Loyola on Friday at 6 p.m. in the Carrier Dome. The Orange enters the game with an overall record of 7-4, including a 2-1 mark in BIG EAST play, while Loyola is 9-4 overall, 3-1 in league action.

THE SERIES
Friday's game is the eighth all-time meeting between the two schools. The Orange has won the last three contests against Loyola to take a 4-3 lead in the series.
SYRACUSE IN THE BIG EAST
Syracuse had its five-game BIG EAST regular-season winning streak snapped against Notre Dame. The Orange won its last three conference games during the regular season in 2009 and opened 2010 with victories against Rutgers and Connecticut.
Since the BIG EAST began sponsoring women's lacrosse in 2001, Syracuse has an all-time record of 40-14 in regular-season play.
LADOUCEUR AMONG NATION'S BEST
Junior Tee Ladouceur ranks in the top five in the nation in three categories according to the latest NCAA statistics released on April 13. Ladouceur ranks fourth in points (5.09 ppg), seventh in assists (29) and second in assists per game (2.64). She leads the BIG EAST in all three categories.
