SYRACUSE, N.Y. -- Syracuse returns to the court on Tuesday, Nov. 12 when it hosts Fordham in the Carrier Dome. Tipoff is set for 7:30 p.m. Both teams won their season openers on Friday night.
The Orange is ranked No. 9 in this week's Associated Press poll and No. 7 in the USA Today/Coaches poll. Both were released on Monday, November 11.
Tickets for Tuesday's game are available online, by phone (1-888-DOMETIX) or in person at the Carrier Dome Box Office (Gate B). The game will be broadcast on ESPN3.

What to Watch For – Syracuse
1. Syracuse won its season opener for the ninth consecutive year with an 82-60 victory against Cornell on Friday night. The Orange trailed by as many as 14 points in the first half, but outscored the Big Red 32-10 during the last 10 minutes of the second half to pull away for the win.
2. Redshirt sophomore Trevor Cooney is this week's ACC Player of the Week after producing his best shooting performance of his career in the victory. Cooney hit 10 of his 12 shots, including 7-of-8 from three-point range, for a career-high 27 points. He also recorded four steals and two assists.
3. Freshman point guard Tyler Ennis had a successful collegiate debut against the Big Red. He dished out seven assists and led the squad on the boards with eight rebounds. In addition, Ennis had two steals.
What to Watch For – Fordham
1. Fordham enters Tuesday's game with a 1-0 record after defeating St. Francis (Pa.), 87-67, on Friday night. Four players reached double figures in scoring, including Jon Severe, who tallied a game-high 28 points.
2. Senior guard Branden Frazier returns this season after averaging 14.2 points per game in 2012-13, which ranked second on team. Frazier also led the team with 154 assists, 44 three-pointers made and 28 steals.
3. Tom Pecora is in his fourth season at the helm of the Fordham program. He has guided the Rams to a record of 24-64. Previously, Pecora served as the head coach at Hofstra for nine seasons.
THE SERIES
Syracuse leads the all-time series with Fordham, 27-16. The last meeting took place on November 12, 2011. Kris Joseph recorded a game-high 16 points to lead the Orange to a 78-53 victory. The Rams' last win against Syracuse was a 79-78 victory on Oct. 12, 1981.
