Pollitt Finishes Second at Penn Relays

The Syracuse track and field team wrapped up competition at the 119th Penn Relays at the University of Pennsylvania this afternoon. Donald Pollitt came in second place in a tough 110m hurdles championship race. Pollitt recorded a PR time 13.85, finishing .18 seconds behind Wayne Davis II from Texas A&M, who finished first.

Amadou Gueye placed fifth in the 110m hurdles championship, finishing in 14.03. The time tied his PR. Â

In the 4x100 IC4A relays, Colin Reno, Jaquan Holland, Will Watson and Donald Pollitt claimed a fourth place finish with a time of 41.25.

Members of the Orange will compete at Cornell tomorrow, Sunday April 28, at the Big Red Invitational. Races begin at 11 a.m.  Accepted entries can be found here and the schedule of events can be found  here.
