BOSTON, Mass. and NEW YORK—The Orange track and field team set four new school records over the weekend at the Boston University Valentine Invitational and the Armory Collegiate Invitational. Martin Hehir set a new school mark in the mile after besting the SU record last weekend in the 3,000-meter run. Molly Malone (800-meter), Bria Goodson (200-meter) and Rebecca Robinson (400-meter) also set new school standards.

Seventeen Orange had personal records this weekend. Hehir's 4:00.04 minute run in the mile was the fastest of his career as was Joel Hubbard's (4:04.38), MJ Erb's (4:04.66) and Robert Molke's (4:06.39) mile performances.

In New York, Donald Pollitt was the 60-meter hurdles champion with a career-best time of 7.75 seconds while Shaina Harrison had a top-time of 7.41 in the 60-meter dash finals.

Molly Malone's time of 2:07.11 in the 800-meter run was the fastest of her career as was Michelle Riley's time of  2:13.88.

Rebecca Robinson ran to a third place finish and personal record of 54.64 seconds in the 400-meter dash. Bria Goodson took second place en route to her best-ever finish in the 200-meter dash (24.15) and Robinson followed up her school-record performance in the 400 with a personal-best time in the 200 (24.36).

Margo Malone and Max Straneva each ran their fastest races in the 3,000-meter run with times of 9:29.35 and 8:05.86, respectively. Also having career-best times in the 3,000-meter run were Juris Sileneiks (8:24.12), Joseph Kush (8:21.75) and David Wilson (8:26.14), his first IC4A qualifying time.

Reed Kamyszek finished in 14:09.79 in the 5,000-meter run, a personal record.

The team heads to the Iowa State Classic next weekend on Friday, Feb. 14 and Saturday, Feb. 15.
