SYRACUSE, N.Y. – The Syracuse University men's rowing team remains among the top 20 varsity eight crews nationally in the latest release of the USRowing Collegiate Poll. In the latest rankings release, Syracuse ranks No. 16 in the country.

The Orange's top varsity eight crew has appeared in the top 20 of the USRowing Collegiate Poll in every poll release since March 29, 2006. With this week's appearance, Syracuse has been ranked in the top 20 76 straight weeks.

Saturday, the Orange races No. 6 Boston University and No. 18 Columbia in Boston for the Conlan Cup. The Conlan Cup is contested between the Syracuse and Boston University varsity eight crews, while Boston University and Columbia compete for the Lusins Trophy. Syracuse last won the Conlan Cup in 2012, which also happened to be the last time the race was held in Boston.Â
