Syracuse ranks No. 16 nationally heading into ACC Championship
SYRACUSE, N.Y. – The Syracuse University women's rowing team continued its ascension in the national polls in the latest release of the CRCA/USRowing Coaches Poll. Syracuse ranks No. 16 nationally in the latest release of the coaches' poll, its highest appearance since April 9, 2014.

Syracuse moved up one spot in the national rankings following a successful regular-season finale against No. 1 Ohio State, No. 12 Michigan, and Michigan State in Columbus, Ohio on April 25. The Orange's highlight of the day came when its second varsity eight crew placed second, edging out Michigan at the finish line. For their efforts, the second varsity eight boat was named the Atlantic Coast Conference Crew of the Week.

With the completion of the regular season, Syracuse is preparing for the 2015 Atlantic Coast Championship in Clemson, S.C. Racing will be held on Lake Hartwell from Friday, May 15 through Saturday, May 16.
