SYRACUSE, N.Y. – No. 15 Syracuse welcomes in-state foe Buffalo to the SU Soccer Stadium on Wednesday, Aug. 19 in its second of three exhibition matches. Start time is set for 7 p.m. Admission is free of charge.

The Orange looks to start a new exhibition game winning streak against the Bulls. Syracuse had won seven consecutive preseason matches dating back to the 2012 season before losing to No. 3 Georgetown, 3-0, last Saturday at the SU Soccer Stadium. The Hoyas scored in the fifth minute off a header and added a pair of second-half goals for the 3-0 victory. Orange freshmen goalkeepers Hendrik Hilpert and Austin Aviza combined for six saves.

Syracuse will play a final exhibition match on Saturday, Aug. 22 at Connecticut before officially opening the season on Friday, Aug. 28 at Hofstra.
