SYRACUSE, N.Y. – The No. 25 Syracuse women's basketball returns home on Sunday afternoon for Youth/Doggy Dome Day when it hosts conference-foe Boston College. Tipoff is set for 2 p.m. in the friendly confines of the Carrier Dome.
Tickets can be purchased online, by phone at 1-888-DOMETIX, or by visiting the Carrier Dome box office (Gate B) during normal business hours.
Sunday's game will be broadcast live on ACC Network Extra with Brian Higgins '04 (play-by-play) on the call. Higgins will also be live on the Syracuse IMG Sports Network. As always, follow @CuseWBB on Twitter for live in-game updates.
In their last outing, the Orange recorded an 88-62 victory at Clemson on Jan. 5. In the process, head coach Quentin Hillsman became the all-time winningest coach in Syracuse women's basketball history, notching his 230th win at the helm of the program.
Boston College comes into the weekend matchup with an 8-7 overall record and 1-1 mark in conference competition. In the Eagles' last game, they suffered a 56-43 loss at Pittsburgh on Jan. 5. Sophomore center Mariella Fasoula ranks eighth in the league in scoring and rebounding, averaging 16.1 points and 7.5 boards per game.

Syracuse and Boston College will meet for the 49th time on the hardwood on Sunday afternoon. The Orange own a 25-23 advantage in the all-time series, winning each of the last five matchups.
In the last meeting between the two teams, Syracuse closed the regular season with a 71-55 victory at Boston College on Feb. 25, 2016. Guards Alexis Peterson and Brittney Sykes combined for 27 points in the win.
